Registered Designs
Registered designs protect the outward appearance of a product, rather than how it works. Design registrations are a cost effective way of obtaining protection for new consumer products.
We prepare and file applications to register designs in the United Kingdom, in Europe through the European Designs Registry (OHIM) and internationally through WIPO. As required, we work with carefully chosen Attorney firms around the world in relation to Design matters in their countries. We also advise regarding validity and infringement of third party design registrations and deal with maintenance, assignment, licensing and litigation.
