Our electronics specialists have experience in all areas, including telecommunications and systems. Although not all software can be patented in Europe, we can advise on alternative forms of protection, and protection in countries such as the USA where laws do allow patenting. In the more physical side of the technology, we advise on areas such as medical physics, imaging and optics.
As well as patenting, we advise on the possible branding of products through our trademark specialists. We also advise on protecting the design of a product, and on associated areas such as copyright and design right.
