Through long-term relationships with our clients, some extending over 50 years, we have built up a deep knowledge of the sector. Many of our professional staff have engineering and manufacturing qualifications, and some have worked in industry prior to joining our firm, thus equipping them with particular and specialist skills. We work with individuals and all sizes of companies, including start ups, SME's, University spin offs and some of the largest manufacturers in the world. We have expertise in many sectors, including in the mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and chemical sectors.

We offer a full range of Intellectual Property services to the sector, including the preparation and drafting of patents for new products and processes, prosecution of patent portfolios worldwide, infringement clearance services, registering of product designs, advice on copyright and unregistered design issues, and trade mark advice including registration and clearance of brand names. We can carry out IP due diligence investigations, and work closely with other business advisors in this specialist area.
