Patent Attorney - Mechanical/Engineering
Peterborough
We are looking for a high calibre final standards patent attorney with an excellent academic record in an appropriate engineering or similar technical discipline. Assistance to achieve qualification will be provided, if required.
You will be working as part of a team and will be responsible for drafting, filing and prosecuting UK, European and PCT patent applications; providing advice on all aspects of patent validity, infringement and litigation, both in the UK and overseas. In addition, you will have the opportunity to establish your own profile, take on considerable responsibility and have extensive direct client contact.
