Martin joined UDL in 2007 after working for another firm of patent and trade mark attorneys in private practice.  He has experience in drafting and prosecuting UK, European and International patent applications for a broad range of technologies including chemical, medical and mechanical related inventions.  He advises clients on all aspects relating to patents, encompassing patentability, infringement and validity.  Martin's experience also covers acting for clients on trade mark and design matters in the UK, Europe and internationally.
