Before entering the profession, Jocelyn worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Institut d'Optique in France in the field of Bose-Einstein Condensation. Jocelyn's DPhil involved developing an "atom chip" for manipulating laser-cooled atoms. She joined UDL in 2007, having worked for another firm of patent attorneys. She is presently finishing her studies for the CIPA qualifying examinations and is working in the fields of general physics, electrical and mechanical engineering and computing inventions. Jocelyn is fluent in French.
