Helen joined UDL in 2007, prior to which she had worked elsewhere in private practice, in-house for a major consumer goods company and in the trade marks department of a large law firm. She is a part-qualified UK Trade Mark Attorney and is working towards full qualification. She is experienced in handling UK, European Communityand foreign trade mark applications and oppositions, as well as carrying out clearance to use investigations.
