Entered profession in 1996
Robert entered the profession on graduation from the University of Aberdeen, working in Scotland for over 11 years before joining UDL. He handles inventions primarily in the fields of mechanical and general engineering, and has particular expertise assisting clients involved in the oil and gas exploration and production industry. He deals primarily with patent matters, having extensive experience of drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and has advised clients including large multi-national corporations, SMES and Universities.
