Christine specialises in trade marks and has extensive experience in all aspects of trade mark law including the prosecution of national, international and Community Trade Mark applications, including oppositions and Appeal Board matters. She represents clients in all fields of industry and commerce but particularly in publishing and media industries where she represents one of the largest publishing and multi-media companies in the United Kingdom. She also has significant experience of contentious issues and transactional work both nationally and internationally.
