Drew joined UDL from the Intellectual Property Department of a major aeronautical engine manufacturer where he dealt primarily with British and foreign, particularly United States, patents and other related commercial matters. Drew's technical experience covers a wide range of areas including mechanical, electrical and electronic inventions within the automotive and aerospace fields.
