Ian's technical knowledge covers a wide range of mechanical, electrical and chemical subject areas. He has experience in drafting and prosecuting UK, European and International patent applications and he works with a range of clients from local manufacturing companies to large multinational corporations and a a number of Chinese clients. His experience also includes advising on a variety of contentious issues such as patent infringement and European patent oppositions.
