Entered patent profession in 1990
Lynne joined UDL in 1990 and qualified both as a patent attorney and a trade mark attorney. She has been a partner of UDL since 2003 and manages our Peterborough office. Lynne advises both SMEs and PLCs on all types of intellectual property, including portfolio management, exploitation and enforcement. Lynne has acquired a great deal of experience using the Madrid Protocol and Community Trade Mark systems and has filed numerous applications for Registered Community Designs.
