Neil joined UDL in 1995 and has been a partner since 1999. Neil specialises in the fields of chemical processing, nuclear technology, fuel engineering, material and composite science, forensic science instrumentation and imaging. As well as extensive knowledge of patent litigation, he regularly handles contentious trade mark matters in the UK, European Community and elsewhere. Neil also has particular experience in handling IP matters on behalf of UK Government agencies and organisations.
