Entered profession in 2006

Prior to joining UDL in 2006, Rachel worked for various law firms and as a formalities clerk for a firm of patent and trade mark attorneys in Sheffield. She is a part qualified trade mark attorney studying for the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys advanced examinations. Rachel has experience of UK, Community and foreign trade mark cases and undertakes a considerable amount of global post-transaction work for clients of all sizes and firms of solicitors.
