Prior to joining UDL in 2006, Rachel worked for various commercial law firms and as a formalities clerk for a firm of patent and trade mark attorneys in Sheffield. She is currently studying for the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys qualifying examinations. Rachel specialises in UK, European Community and international trade mark prosecution as well as design matters.
