We've filed more than 10,000 registered design applications.

There are various routes to protect new designs. In the UK and EU there are registered designs, unregistered designs and copyright, all of which can be used to prevent unauthorised reproduction of your designs. We’ll advise you on whether your products are entitled to protection and which forms of protection you can use in the UK, EU and around the world. We’ll also advise on the scope of third party design rights, so that you don’t infringe someone else’s rights.

Client Testimonial
We have worked with UDL for nearly 20 years protecting designs, copyright, brands, trade marks and to help with commercial IP issues we have faced in the UK, Europe and the wider global market. Over the years, UDL has taken time to really get to know our business and the issues that we face day to day. We have always found UDL to be very approachable and attentive in all matters.
